KAKA'AKO OCEANFRONT PARK

This park is located 20 minutes west of Waikiki, near downtown Honolulu, Aloha Tower and Honolulu Harbor (the home of sunset cruise ships). It has two gentle rolling hills with palm trees, and paved pathways. There are great sunsets on the ocean here, and both the Ko'olou and the Wai'anae mountain ranges are in view. Along the ocean, there are lava rocks, and from a walk on the rocks, a view of Diamond Head, but no sandy beach. We've always had the hilltops to ourselves for our weddings here. There are public rest rooms and a large parking lot with free parking.
